Overview
John describes grace stacked on grace — wave after wave of unmerited favor. We close the series where every sermon should close: at the fullness of Christ, freely given and never exhausted.
“God's grace is not a puddle to step around — it is an ocean to swim in.”
Message Outline - Grace is a person before it is a principleThe Word became flesh. Grace has a face, a name, and nail marks — it is Jesus Himself.
- Fullness means no shortageFrom His fullness we have all received. There is no believer running on spiritual fumes by necessity.
- Receivers become riversGrace hoarded stagnates; grace shared multiplies. The series ends with an invitation to give it away.
Read John 1:14–18 · Ephesians 2:1–10 slowly this week, and ask two questions: what does this show me about God, and what does it ask of me? Then bring a friend next Sunday — the best sermons are the ones you talk about on the drive home.
Hear it live this Sunday.
