About This Event
Every October our parking lot turns into a pumpkin patch with a competitive streak. Families claim a table, pick a pumpkin, and decorate — paint, stickers, googly eyes, and glory are all on the table. Carving knives stay home, so every age can compete safely.
Local judges award prizes across gloriously unserious categories: Most Likely to Preach, Best Bible Story, and the coveted Golden Gourd. The cider is hot, the bounce houses are inflated, and the whole neighborhood is invited whether they attend Lanternfield or not.
Bring a friend, bring an appetite, and bring your A-game. Pumpkins are provided while they last — early birds get the roundest ones.
